You may use VOX-II only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and devices.
Access may require verified email, billing setup, or additional controls configured by the platform. We may suspend access for misuse, non-payment, or security reasons.
Voxit uses prepaid AUD credit. New accounts pay a one-time activation fee that is added in full to your balance; usage is billed at a flat per-audio-hour rate shown on the home page and in your account settings. Top-ups and ledger details are in the billing screens. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated.
You retain responsibility for the data you upload or process. You confirm you have the rights needed to use that data with VOX-II.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
